Clarins Cleansing Milk. Possibly the best?

It's official. This stuff is the best. I have been using Clarins cleansing milk every morning for a week now and have already fallen head over heels with this miracle product.

Never before have I used a milk cleanser, because I always thought it would be kind of..messy. I didn't like the idea of it running off my face and getting in my hair, but I didn't know cleansing milks were actually this easy to use. I use this by patting it on the face with my fingertips, and then massaging it in. Then I take a cotton pad, dampen it with warm water and gently wipe off the cleanser. Then I soak a cotton pad in toner and run that over the whole face to make sure everything is off. Then I top the whole routine off with a spritz of Avene Eau Thermal water.

The cleanser itself is a light, sky blue lotion. It smells incredible. They say it contains "Apline herbs". I don't know about you, but that means nothing to me, so I'll tell you what clarins say:

"Natural Plant Extracts help to maintain the skin's natural pH balance and protective cutaneous flora. Plus a combination of Alpine Herbs, Chinese Violet Orchid, Sweet Almond, Mallow, Linseed and Vitamins A and E cleanse, soften, moisturise, soothe and maintain suppleness."

There you go. I really couldn't have said it better myself. No, really..I couldn't have.

My skin tone has improved, it seems a lot more even and my skin feels softer and plumper. The cleansing milks seem to be more hydrating on the skin than water cleansers, because the water evaporates off the skin, leaving it feel a bit parched. Overall this will be perfect for the mornings, as I don't have to splash my face with cold water like I would if i used a foam or a gel cleanser. The price point isn't terrible either.
